Beginners Crochet classes

Have you ever wanted to learn to crochet but didn't know where to start? Join Simone from Ceefer Crafts on our next set of Saturday morning classes starting on 11 July 2026 and running for 4 consecutive Saturdays from 9.30 - 11.00. Have you tried watching You-tube and thought "just slow down", or worse, thought the US accounts are talking a different language (they are). Why not learn in person? Simone has been teaching crochet in The Wool Haven for over 10 years and our next set of Saturday morning classes start on 11 July 2026. The course runs for 4 consecutive Saturdays between 9.30 - 11.00. The classes cover the basics of crochet, from how to hold your yarn and hook, how to read a pattern, colour changes, increasing and decreasing, working in rounds and the ubiquitous granny square. The cost of £70 includes tuition, all materials, a booklet and 4 patterns plus tea or coffee. Support is also available during the week if required. If you want to join us a deposit of £25 will reserve your place.
